We’re rounding the gin-loving community of Brisbane to celebrate what we love best… gin. If you’re Brisbane’s biggest gin-thusiast, or you just simply love a good old fashioned G&T, you’re invited to revel in this glorious spirit on Saturday 23 February, as we say goodbye to summer and hello to gorgeous autumn days.

The Ginfused Festival will be a collaboration featuring some of Australia’s finest distilleries, joining forces to celebrate all things botanical. This full day festival will be an amazing fun-filled day with artisan gin, free cocktail masterclasses, cheese, charcuterie boards and live music.


We have some of the world’s most prolific gins taking part including Tanqueray, Jinzu, Gordon’s Pink, Ink and Malfy, with additional gins to join the lineup! Ensure you follow Pig ‘N’ Whistle Brunswick Street on Facebook to keep up to date with the announcements!


Possibly one of the world’s most iconic and favourite food and drink combinations, what is gin without cheese? Pre-purchase a gin token and charcuterie board, inclusive of assorted cured meats, farmhouse cheeses, dips, sourdough and more.
